Carlos Sebastián Ospina Delgado, Colombian civil engineer (Bitaco, La Cumbre, Valle del Cauca 27 June 1920 – Bogotá 19 October 2013)
Internationally renowned as a consultant on projects as dams, tunnels, roads, bidges and mining projects
Planned, designed and developed engineering projects such as roads, water supplies, electric power transmission and distribution and industrial plants, all of which characterized by innovative solutions
He had been directly involved in 14 of the world’s greatest dam projects
