Germán Francisco Frers Serralunga, Argentine naval architect and designer (Buenos Aires 04 July 1941 –

From German, Irish and Italian descent

Designed and headed the construction of about 1,000 all type yachts

Created some of the most innovative and revered yachts of the modern era

Developed designs that became classics in their class

With Finnish Nautor’s Swan designed some of the benchmarks of sailing yacht design (1980s)

Designed Hyperion, the best sailing yacht in the world presenting largest sloop, tallest mast and longest single piece carbonfibre object ever made of this day (1997)

Among his global customers are King of Spain and Giani Agnelli (FIAT)
