Developed new original methods for the detection of proteins, nucleic acids and lipopolysaccharides on electrophoresis gels
The methods developed in her laboratory on gel-staining technology are frequently cited in the international literature, and are now routinely employed by international scientific community
Introduced the use of imidazole in combination with zinc salts for detection of proteins, nucleic acids, lipopolysaccharides and lipooligosaccharides
