Muhammad Afzal Hussain Qadri, Pakistani entomologist and philosopher (Badayun, India 07 February 1912 – 06 December 1974)
Introduced a number of new concepts in insect morphology
Described the genera Allocolpocephalum 1939 (Mallophaga) and with Mirza Ziartissus 1966 (Hemiptera)
